A blend of frantoio, leccino, pendolino and maurino varieties of olive trees, all 100% Estate grown here at Clos Pepe. With only a few hundred bottles available, this oil is quickly becoming pre-order only, and a one bottle allocation will be carefully protected.

As with our previous oils, we expect a very pungent and aggressive Tuscan style oil with flavors of black pepper, grassiness, artichoke and subtle fruit flavors and excellent intensity.
